IRS Representation &
Tax Resolution

A letter from the IRS doesn't have to upend your life. As licensed CPAs, our team can deal directly with the tax authorities on your behalf and work toward the best resolution your situation allows.

An envelope from the IRS or a state tax authority is rarely as final as it feels — most problems have a path forward, and the sooner a credentialed professional reviews it, the more options stay open.

Under a power of attorney (Form 2848), our CPAs represent you before the IRS and state agencies, handling the notices and the audit so you're not interpreting tax code under pressure — with straight answers and the best resolution the law allows, in English or Vietnamese.

What's included

From a first notice
to a final resolution.

Whatever the tax authorities have raised, here's how our team can stand between you and them.

  • Audit representation. Handling IRS and state examinations end to end — documentation and the auditor, dealt with directly.
  • Responding to notices. CP2000 underreporter notices, balance-due letters and other correspondence, answered accurately and on time.
  • Back & unfiled returns. Filing returns you've fallen behind on and reconstructing missing records to bring you current.
  • Installment agreements. Negotiating manageable IRS and state payment plans when paying in full isn't realistic.
  • Penalty abatement. Requesting relief on reasonable-cause or first-time grounds where the facts support it.
  • Offer in Compromise. Checking whether you qualify to settle for less than the full balance, and preparing the filing if so.
  • Liens, levies & garnishments. Working to release or prevent tax liens, bank levies and wage garnishments.
  • Complex relief matters. Innocent-spouse relief and payroll-tax (trust fund) problems that need experienced handling.
Who it's for

Is this you?

  • You just opened a letter from the IRS or a state tax agency and aren't sure what it means.
  • You haven't filed a return in one, two or several years and want to come clean.
  • You owe back taxes and the balance feels impossible to pay all at once.
  • You're facing a lien, a bank levy or a wage garnishment and need help now.
The payoff

What you can expect

  • A credentialed CPA handling the correspondence, so you're no longer facing it alone.
  • A clear explanation of every option — what's realistic, what isn't, and why.
  • Where the facts allow, reduced penalties or a payment plan you can actually live with.
  • The weight of it off your shoulders, with someone keeping you informed throughout.
Frequently asked

IRS questions, answered.

Don't panic, but don't ignore it — most notices are routine, yet nearly all carry a deadline you can't let slide. Send us the letter exactly as it arrived, and we'll explain what's being asked and lay out your options before the clock runs out.
Yes. A power of attorney (Form 2848) authorizes our CPAs to represent you — we can then speak with the IRS or state agencies directly, respond to notices and handle the correspondence. In most cases you won't have to get on the phone with them at all.
More common than people think, and fixable. Catch-up filing comes first — we help reconstruct missing records, prepare the returns and get you back in good standing. Any remaining balance can then be addressed through a payment plan or other resolution. See Tax Preparation for the filing side.
